Rebecca is a dynamic and highly experienced Sports Therapist with a proven track record in both elite sport and private clinical settings. With a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation and a history of delivering outstanding results across rugby, swimming, and football academies, she brings precision, energy, and professionalism to every session.

Before joining Poseidon Performance, Rebecca served as Lead Team Therapist at National 1 rugby club Plymouth Albion, where she managed acute and chronic injuries, developed and implemented full return-to-play protocols, and mentored student interns. Her experience spans pitch-side trauma care, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and ongoing athlete education.

In her most recent role at Mount Kelly Physiotherapy and as a Clinic Supervisor at Marjon University, Rebecca supported elite youth athletes in swimming and football (including the Chelsea FC Girls Academy) while also treating the general population. Her understanding of athlete development and rehab across ages and abilities makes her a perfect fit for clients ranging from recovering hobbyists to high-performance competitors.

Rebecca combines manual therapy, clinical rehab strategies, and progressive exercise prescription with an evidence-based approach that prioritises clear outcomes. She is PHICIS Level 2 certified, DBS-checked, and committed to continuous professional development.
