Who We Help

This programme is designed for people who want a professional, structured, measurable rehab process.

We support adults of all ages, particularly 40–75+, who want to. Reduce pain and stiffness

  • Strengthen joints after injury or surgery

  • Improve balance, confidence, and daily movement

  • Return to walking, gardening, swimming, rowing, or the gym

  • Avoid reinjury and stay active as they get older

You will benefit if you’re dealing with:

  • Lower-back pain (disc issues, SIJ, mobility restrictions)

  • Hip pain, impingement, labrum irritation

  • Knee injuries (ACL rehab, meniscus, patella tendon pain)

  • Shoulder injuries (rotator cuff, AC joint, instability)

  • Tendon issues (Achilles, patella, elbow)

  • Post-surgery rehabilitation

  • Return-to-running or return-to-training

  • Recurrent injuries where physio alone “hasn’t fixed the problem”

If you want clarity, structure and measurable progress, this is your pathway.

The 12-Week Supervised Rehabilitation Programme

£1,200 • 24 Supervised Sessions • Complete Return-to-Strength System

Our flagship rehabilitation programme is designed for anyone recovering from injury, chronic pain, or surgery.

  • Everything is coached.

  • Everything is progressed.

  • Everything is measured.

Two supervised sessions per week ensure consistent loading, correct technique, and progression at every stage.

A Clear, Structured Rehabilitation Process

Most people don’t get better because they’re given exercises without proper guidance or progression.

Our approach is calm, structured, and completely tailored to you.

  • Close-up of hands applying massage or pressure on a person's torso, in black and white.

    Initial Assessment

We take time to understand your injury, medical history, movement, confidence levels, and goals.

  • A person holding a soap bar with a towel, applying soap to another person's back.

    Personal Plan

A straightforward plan designed around your ability, comfort, and lifestyle — no jargon, no complicated routines.

  • Close-up of a hand holding a stethoscope on a person's abdomen.

    Two Weekly Supervised Sessions

Every session is guided one-to-one, ensuring you move safely and improve steadily without worrying about doing things wrong.

  • A person receiving a medical procedure with an ultrasound device on their abdomen, in black and white.

    Mid-Point Check (Week 6)

We review your progress, adjust exercises, and ensure you’re improving at the right pace.

  • A woman in athletic attire packing a large black sports bag labeled 'NORMATEC' while sitting on a sofa.

Strength & Confidence Phase (Weeks 8–12)

We gently build your strength, mobility, and balance so you feel able to return to the activities you enjoy.

  • A person receiving an acupuncture treatment on their neck and shoulder area

    Your Ongoing Plan

You leave with a clear plan for the next 6–12 weeks, so you keep improving and avoid slipping backwards.

Why This System Works

Most rehabilitation fails because:

  • Physio stops too soon

  • PTs don’t understand injury mechanics

  • Loading progressions aren’t monitored

  • People return to activity before strength is regained

  • Generic exercises don’t address the root cause

Our system solves these problems through:

✔ Full supervision

✔ Correct loading

✔ Structured progression

✔ Weekly coaching

✔ Objective testing

✔ Strength-first recovery

This is rehabilitation done properly.
