The Poseidon Studio Rules
1ST RULE: You do not talk about excuses.

3RD RULE: Someone slacks, skips reps, or half-asses a session? They get called out.
4TH RULE: Only one focus at a time—your training. No distractions, no scrolling, no wandering minds.
5TH RULE: Sessions go as long as they need to. You don’t leave because you’re tired—you leave when the work is done.
6TH RULE: No egos, no shortcuts, no tourists. You’re either in, or you’re in the way.
7TH RULE: If you are injured, tell your coach. We train smart, not reckless. You heal, then come back stronger.
8TH RULE: The session isn’t over until everyone is done. No early exits, no skipping the grind.
9TH RULE: Respect the kit, respect the space, respect the grind. We leave no trace—weights go back, sweat gets wiped, and pride stays intact.
10TH RULE: This is Poseidon Performance. The only way out is through.

I look around and see potential—wasted. People scrolling through workouts they’ll never do, buying supplements they don’t need, chasing shortcuts that don’t exist.
The fitness industry has convinced us that health comes in 30-day challenges, magic pills, and wearable tech. That discipline can be replaced with biohacks and dopamine spikes.
We’ve been sold the idea that getting older means getting weaker.
That past 40, you should ‘take it easy.’
