Performance & Recovery Strategy Review (Educational)

Clarity on Blood-work, Recovery, and Performance - Without the Hype

If you’re considering peptides (or already using them) and want a credible, risk-aware framework, this is a structured written review based on your blood-work, goals, and training context.

Prepared by Nicholas Martin-Jones (MSc S&C, Sports Rehabilitation): performance coaching with clinical standards.

Who This Is For

This review is for you if you:

  • Have bloodwork and want it interpreted in a performance & recovery context

  • Are considering peptides and want to understand risk, rationale, and realistic expectations

  • Are already using peptides and want a sanity check against training load, recovery capacity, and health markers

  • Want a decision-making framework you can take to your clinician

This is not for you if you want:

  • A personalised dosing protocol

  • A “cycle plan”

  • Medical diagnosis or treatment

  • Supplier/sourcing advice

What You Get

1) Pre-Review of Your Documents

You submit:

  • Bloodwork (PDF / screenshots)

  • Your goals (performance / recovery / physique / longevity)

  • Training background + current week structure

  • Lifestyle basics (sleep, stress, nutrition)

  • Current supplements/adjuncts (optional)

2) Written Strategy Report (Delivered by Email)

You receive a structured written report covering:

  • What your blood markers likely indicate in performance terms

  • Red flags / blind spots / “don’t ignore this” items

  • Where training structure and recovery are likely the real bottleneck

  • Educational overview of commonly referenced peptide use-cases and public dosing ranges (context only)

  • Risk notes and realistic expectations

  • Questions to take to your GP/endocrinologist/clinic

  • A clear “do this first” priority list (training/recovery)

Delivery: within 5 working days of receiving all documents.

3) Optional Clarification Window (On Plus)

A single structured follow-up email within 7 days (up to 3 questions).
