Due to this experience Poseidon Performance can provide specialist training for International Officers who are preparing to attend Officer training in the United Kingdom.

Royal Military Academy (RMA) Sandhurst

The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) is where all officers in the British Army are trained to take on the responsibility of leading their soldiers. During training, all officer cadets learn to live by the academy’s motto:

‘Serve to Lead’

Other Nations choose to send their personnel to RMAS for Officer training because it is recognised as a world-leading military training academy.

Commando Training Centre Royal Marines (CTCRM) Lympstone

Royal Marines Officer training is one of the longest and most arduous programmes in the world. This is where you learn all the skills you need to lead a team of elite amphibious Commandos.


To hit the ground running when you start your training, you need to be in the best possible physical condition.

Britannia Royal Naval College (BRNC) Dartmouth

Initial Naval Training (Officer) will challenge both your mental and physical resolve. You will be trained and tested throughout key stages of the course, during which time you will get to experience the varying roles and responsibilities of an Officer in the Royal Navy.

INT(O) is a physically demanding course, you will need to ensure that you have adequately prepared prior to your arrival at BRNC.

Initial Officer Training (IOT) at the RAF College Cranwell in Lincolnshire. You will follow a challenging 24-week course designed to develop your leadership and management skills. The course includes fitness development, military training and academic study as well as practical outdoor leadership challenges.

All Arms Commando Course

Specialist training packages are available for candidates attending the All Arms Commando Course (AACC) at CTCRM.

The aim of the AACC is to prepare RN, Arm, RAF and overseas exchange personnel for service with 3 Cdo Bde RM by developing the temperament, mental resolve, physical robustness and core military skills necessary in the demanding environment of expeditionary and littoral operations.
